Consultation Refund & Cancellation Policy

To book a consultation appointment, clients are required to pay a booking amount in advance. The booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client, as it is reserved for appointment scheduling and expert allocation.

If the remaining balance amount has already been paid, it may be refunded in case of cancellation, subject to applicable processing timelines and conditions.

Clients may request rescheduling of appointments based on availability and prior notice. However, missed appointments without prior intimation or notice may be considered as completed consultations, and no refund or adjustment will be applicable in such cases.

AstroMummy reserves the right to manage and adjust appointment schedules whenever necessary.

Product Refund & Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact AstroMummy within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos and order details.

Eligible cases may qualify for:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Refund approval after verification

Return Eligibility

Products may only be eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is available
  • Return request is made within the specified timeline

Certain spiritual or personalized products may not be eligible for return due to their nature.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Personalized astrology reports
  • Completed Consultation services
  • Energized spiritual products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on payment providers and banking timelines.
